    Pilates works to tone, stretch and elongate the muscles through focused alignment, coordinated breathing, and stability. Pilates is a low-impact class for all levels.
    Mat class: Personal mat recommended. No equipment required. Prior registration is strongly encouraged. Although drop-ins are welcome to pay at the door, the class may be canceled if we do not have enough registered participants.
  • FITNESS AT CASA BELVEDERE Thursdays at 6:30pm-7:30pm 2/20, 2/27, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27, 4/3, 4/10 $20.00 members/$25.00 nonmembers Age 14 and up This all-levels, full-body, 60-minute Mindful Vinyasa class will not only strengthen and lengthen your muscles, but will also increase your sense of presence, body awareness, and leave you feeling less stressed and more grounded. The side effects of consistent attendance are a stronger and leaner physical body, a calmer and more centered mind, and an overall increased sense of self-esteem, confidence, and compassion. This class is beginner friendly. Come as you are.
  • Serene Yoga and Meditation with Savasana and Mocktails

    Back by popular demand! Experience a guided meditation and series of breath-work to cultivate inner peace, flow through Pilates/yoga movement, deep relaxation during a hands-on savasana (restorative pose) with lavender essential oil, and conclude with a hydrating and healthy refreshing mocktail.
  • Skin Health Through Your Diet – For Everyone! Saturday, Jan. 25 at 11:30 am (immediately after Pilates class) $25 members, $35 non-members
    Learn how to care for your skin through your diet! Join us for a workshop led by certified dietitian Nicole Scarangello, who will discuss nutritional needs and foods that improve the largest organ, your skin. We will review foods that can help with pre-existing skin conditions, and discuss foods needed to care for your skin going into the winter months. Participants will sample a soup that is perfect for skin health, made by Nicole.
