    Experience a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that uses a variety of instruments. Quartz crystal sound bowls, chimes, a crystal pyramid and other sound vibrations will invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes, which nurture your mind and body. When you sink into a sound bath, you allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed meditative state, realigning and balancing your energy body.

  • Cardio Stretch & Flex

    Cardio Stretch & Flex Fridays 9/22, 9/29, 10/6 & 10/27 (no classes 10/13 & 10/20) at 10:00-10:45am  Mat class: Proper Footwear, Mat and/or towel required to participate.  A 45-minute cardio and muscle conditioning class that works the whole body while focusing on breath, essential to increasing lung capacity and burning calories. Participants will put their body through a variety of dance like movements and stretches while emphasizing deep core engagement.   Prior registration is strongly encouraged. Although drop-ins are welcome to pay at the door, the class may be canceled if we do not have enough registered participants.

    Join Meaghan Colleen aka “@Muscle_meg” for a full body workout. Pilates works to tone, stretch and elongate the muscles through focused alignment, coordinated breathing, and stability. Pilates is a low-impact class for all levels.
    Mat class: Personal mat recommended. No equipment required. Prior registration is strongly encouraged. Although drop-ins are welcome to pay at the door, the class may be canceled if we do not have enough registered participants.

    YOGA with Toni Freda –Italians are fond of using a Latin proverb – Mens sana in corpore sano – a healthy mind in a healthy body, which clearly describes what yoga can achieve. Yoga combines physical, mental, and spiritual wellness with breathing exercises, meditation, and physical poses.  Roll out your mat and enjoy the view! This program is open to adults at all levels of practice. The class will focus on basic foundational yoga postures to help align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques are also integrated. There will be an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.   Mat class: Please bring water, a mat, blocks, and any other yoga props.  Prior registration is strongly encouraged. Although drop-ins are welcome to pay at the door, the class may be canceled if we do not have enough registered participants.
