Coluccio & Sons, Inc. and author of The Italian Daughters: Authentic Calabrese Recipes, grew up immersed in the rhythms of Italian-American life—splitting her time between her family’s bustling Brooklyn store and a home filled with the aromas of her mother’s Calabrese cooking. Fluent in Italian and deeply rooted in her heritage, Cathy has dedicated her career to preserving and sharing authentic regional cuisine.
