About Toni:

Certified Life Coach & 200hr Certified Yoga Instructor based out of Staten Island, NY. She is owner of Seed & Rooted Yoga, a yoga and wellness brand that believes all beings should feel welcome, included and loved. In addition to Yoga, she host a number of DIY Plant Terrarium Workshops with her side business, Piccola Pianta. Her passion for bringing people together has now evolved to hosting international wellness and yoga retreats as well as many local workshops & events.
