This all-levels, full-body, 60-minute Mindful Vinyasa class will not only strengthen and lengthen your muscles, but will also increase your sense of presence, body awareness, and leave you feeling less stressed and more grounded. The side effects of consistent attendance are a stronger and leaner physical body, a calmer and more centered mind, and an overall increased sense of self-esteem, confidence, and compassion. This class is beginner friendly. Come as you are.
