My Grown up and Me Cooking Class at Casa
Monday, Sept. 9 from 4 to 6 pm
$30 per person members, $40 per person non-members
Chef Kim will teach grownups and kids how to make homemade pasta dough together and turn it into farfalle pasta. Then they will make Italian Pasta Salad with salami, mozzarella cheese, grape tomatoes, black olives, green and red bell peppers, red onion, Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley and chopped basil, all combined with homemade Italian vinaigrette.
