Join us for a unique Mixology Experience at Casa Belvedere, hosted by Mike Esposito, our Beverage Expert from The Belvedere Club, Cebu Bar & Bistro, and The Richmond.
Mike will demonstrate how to craft modern cocktails, and guests will sample his creations. You will also make one cocktail of your choosing and enjoy appetizers. This is the first in a series of Mixology Demonstrations in 2024.
About the host: Michael Esposito attended New York Institute of Technology and Brooklyn City Tech, where he majored in Hotel & Restaurant Management. He went on to open multiple restaurants in Brooklyn and Staten Island, and does consulting and cocktail menus for numerous restaurants throughout Brooklyn. He is currently the owner/operator of Cebu Bar & Bistro in Bay Ridge which has been open for 21 years, as well as The Belvedere Club at Casa Belvedere and The Richmond, both in Staten Island.
