Cardio Stretch & Flex

Mat class: Proper Footwear, Mat and/or towel required to participate. 

A 45-minute cardio and muscle conditioning class that works the whole body while focusing on breath, essential to increasing lung capacity and burning calories. Participants will put their body through a variety of dance like movements and stretches while emphasizing deep core engagement.  

Prior registration is strongly encouraged. Although drop-ins are welcome to pay at the door, the class may be canceled if we do not have enough registered participants.
