Anita Sanseverino will present her latest program about Italy: A History of Sicily through Food. Sicily has been invaded and occupied by so many other countries over millennia, and they all left their mark in various ways, through architecture, customs, traditions, clothes – and food! Anita will use her knowledge of Italian history to explore the various foods and their roots that make up the distinctive Sicilian cuisine.
