Thursdays at 10:15 am • August 24, August 31Join Meaghan Colleen aka “@Muscle_meg” for a full body workout. Pilates works to tone, stretch and elongate the muscles through focused alignment, coordinated breathing, and stability. Pilates is a low-impact class for all levels.
Mat class: Personal mat recommended. No equipment required.
Prior registration is strongly encouraged. Although drop-ins are welcome to pay at the door, the class may be canceled if we do not have enough registered participants.
Eating for Energy

Cost: $20 members, $25 non-membersEat for Energy: The constant feeling of being drained and tired affects everything that we do. This workshop “Eat for Energy” will explore how to fight fatigue, supercharge our mitochondria, and keep our body charged all day long by utilizing quality foods for optimal nutritional status that will result in full vitality. A cooking demonstration with recipes and samples that support the discussion will follow.
