    Join Meaghan Colleen aka “@Muscle_meg” for a full body workout. Pilates works to tone, stretch and elongate the muscles through focused alignment, coordinated breathing, and stability. Pilates is a low-impact class for all levels.

    Mat class: Personal mat recommended. No equipment required.

    Virtual Writing Workshop – A Midsummer Night’s Writing Workshop

    A Midsummer Night’s Writing Workshop with author Maria Giura

    No experience necessary: just a notebook, pen and desire to record the past. Links for these virtual workshops will be sent before each session.

    Part I: Generative: Wednesday, July 12, 7 to 9 pm
    Part II: Revision: Wednesday, August 9, 7 to 9 pm

    Fee for each workshop is $27, or $30 for non-members. There is a member discount for family members.

    Are there memories you want to write or (family) stories you want to record? Or maybe you have a piece of writing you’ve already started, that you’d like to pick up and receive help with/constructive feedback on?

    Join us for one or both of these supportive virtual workshops, which will leave you with concrete suggestions to get closer to the truth of your own stories. July 12 is generative – you’ll write new material – and August 9 is revision – you’ll get feedback on something you’ve already written. For the revision workshops, once you’ve registered, you’ll be asked to email in advance a writing piece that is maximum 700 words.
