Exhibits showcasing the best of Italian art, history, and culture and contributions of Italians to the United States. Among the special exhibitions will be paintings, sculptures, ceramics, artifacts, and photography from Italy and by present day Italian American artists.
Italian wine classes, tastings, demonstrations and workshops designed to help individuals develop an appreciation for a variety of wines by learning about the history of the grape, different soil and climates, how wine is made and vineyard cultivation techniques on the property’s “representational” vineyard.
Celebrity chef Donatella Arpaia and tenor Michael Castaldo were welcomed at Casa Belvedere for an evening of amazing food, wine and lots of memories.
Lectures, presentations, and guest speakers in both English and Italian, on various topics of Italian ancestry, culture, holidays, traditions, and society of Italy as well as the contributions of Italians to America and around the world .
A variety of live musical performances will include Piano Night, Opera Night, Philharmonic Ensembles, Classical and Contemporary Music, Jazz, Violin and much more.
Screenings and festivals featuring full-length films, shorts, animated films, and documentaries from classic and contemporary Italian cinema highlighting a wide variety of topics. Additionally, children will perform classic plays such as the Adventures of Pinocchio, La Befana, and Strega Nonna.
