Join the Italian Cultural Foundation at Casa Belvedere for a special Gallery Walk through Bearing Witness: An Era in Retrospect, our inaugural exhibition commemorating the 25th anniversary of September 11.
Guests will have the opportunity to experience the exhibition alongside participating artists, gaining personal insight into the inspiration, creative process, and perspectives behind the works. Featuring Susan Grabel, Diane Matyas, Ann Marie McDonnell, Michael McWeeney, Kristi Pfister, Dr. Marguerite Rivas, and Sarah Yuster, the exhibition reflects on loss while honoring the extraordinary compassion, courage, and resilience that emerged in the aftermath.
The Gallery Walk offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with the artists and explore how art can preserve memory, encourage reflection, and help us bear witness to moments that forever shape our collective history. The exhibition also features video commentary by Sr. Rose Paccate, FSP, an internationally recognized American art and culture critic and member of the Daughters of St. Paul living in Rome.
