Join Meaghan Colleen aka “@Muscle_meg” for a full body workout.  Pilates works to tone, stretch and elongate the muscles through focused alignment, coordinated breathing, and stability. Pilates is a low-impact class for all levels.

She has 10+ years of experience in the NYC fitness industry She holds a master’s degree from Pace University NYC. She grew up in Staten Island, lived in Brooklyn for three years, and studied abroad in Italy. She loves to motivate and make others feel good about themselves through movement. She brings a unique variety of dynamic movements to all her classes.
