Mat class: Proper Foot wear, Mat and/or towel required to participate
A 45 minute aerobic conditioning class that works the whole body while focusing on breath, essential to increasing lung capacity and burning calories. Participants will put their body through a variety of dance like movements while emphasizing deep core engagement. Exercises will encompass jogging, knee lifts, kicks in combination with mat floor routines.
