Fridays 9/22, 9/29, 10/6 & 10/27 (no classes 10/13 & 10/20) at 10:00-10:45am 

Mat class: Proper Footwear, Mat and/or towel required to participate. 

A 45-minute cardio and muscle conditioning class that works the whole body while focusing on breath, essential to increasing lung capacity and burning calories. Participants will put their body through a variety of dance like movements and stretches while emphasizing deep core engagement.  

Prior registration is strongly encouraged. Although drop-ins are welcome to pay at the door, the class may be canceled if we do not have enough registered participants.

About the instructor:

Audrey Urcia is a certified Group Exercise instructor with AFAA, IDEA and the YMCA of USA. She started her career instructing at the Broadway YMCA Staten Island and The Courts of Appeal Racquet Club. Through the years she has instructed a range of programs including STEP, Cardio Fitness, Muscle Conditioning, AB/Core training, Lower Back Injury Prevention, Pre-Natal Fitness, Senior Aerobics, Youth Fitness, Silver Sneaker, Lower Back Injury Prevention, and Diabetes Prevention.
