Julio Vincent Gambuto presents his new book Please Unsubscribe, Thanks! How to take back our time, attention, and purpose in a world designed to bury us in bullshit.

Self-help meets “the system” in this revolutionary guide to freeing ourselves from the automated behaviors, values, and relationships that kill our individual joy and collective well-being. Gambuto offers a radical blueprint for how to fight back against the relentlessness of modern life, the coming age of automation, and the stranglehold corporate interests have on our time, focus, money, and power. It’s a heartfelt and loud call for change and a roadmap to a better future.

Please Unsubscribe, Thanks! sits at the nexus of self-help and the system, offering readers over 100 practical and tactical strategies for stepping back, re-evaluating, cleaning house, and then going forward boldly.
