Quartz crystal sound bowls, chimes, a crystal pyramid and other sound vibrations will invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes, which nurture your mind and body. When you sink into a sound bath, you allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed meditative state, realigning and balancing your energy body.
