    Pilates works to tone, stretch and elongate the muscles through focused alignment, coordinated breathing, and stability. Pilates is a low-impact class for all levels.
    Mat class: Personal mat recommended. No equipment required. Prior registration is strongly encouraged. Although drop-ins are welcome to pay at the door, the class may be canceled if we do not have enough registered participants.

Casa Belvedere invites you to try Qi-Yoga Flow, a hybrid class on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm that combines the ancient healing practice of Qi Gong with Yoga. Qi gong is over 8,000 years old. This class is a moving meditation that combines gentle movements, breathing techniques, visualization, and intention to promote vitality, longevity and wellness.
    Qi Gong (pronounced “chee-gong”) has been used to promote and restore health for thousands of years. It has been referred to as “the world’s oldest healthcare system.” This class is for all levels. It’s great for anyone wanting help with sleep and relaxation while still bringing strengthening poses to their practice. Personal mat recommended. Wear comfortable clothing. Come and move some energy with us!

    Barre Exercise class is a unique full body workout focused on low-impact, high-intensity movements that lift and tone muscles. It improves strength, agility, and flexibility for everybody. Bring your own mat and water.

    In celebration of spring, join us in a deeply immersive full body listening experience that uses a variety of instruments. Quartz crystal sound bowls, chimes, a crystal pyramid and other sound vibrations invite gentle, yet powerful, therapeutic and restorative processes, which nurture your mind and body. When you sink into a sound bath, you allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed meditative state, realigning and balancing your energy body.

This class will be ideal for moms with babies up to 30 pounds. After the workout, we’ll enjoy a light 45-minute lunch together. It’s a great opportunity for moms to connect, move, and share time with their little ones in a supportive environment. And it's a special way for new moms and babies to connect in a fun, social, and wellness-focused event.
