    Pilates works to tone, stretch and elongate the muscles through focused alignment, coordinated breathing, and stability. Pilates is a low-impact class for all levels.
    Mat class: Personal mat recommended. No equipment required. Prior registration is strongly encouraged. Although drop-ins are welcome to pay at the door, the class may be canceled if we do not have enough registered participants.

    Participants will be preparing recipes and taking home samples from each class.
    Week1: Immune-Boosting Foods & Healing Broths
    In the first class, participants will identify nutrients critical for immune function. Master the art of medicinal bone broth and vegetable stock. Learn to incorporate immune-supporting herbs and mushrooms.
    Week 2: Gut Health & Fermentation
    In the second class, participants will be understanding the gut-brain connection and microbiome basics. Learn about prebiotics, probiotics, and fermented foods. Build confidence in making simple fermented foods at home.
    Week 3: Anti-Inflammatory Foundations
    In the third class participants will be understanding inflammation and its role in chronic disease. Identify key anti-inflammatory foods and spices. Learn cooking techniques that preserve nutrients.
    Week 4: Adaptogens, Energy & Blood Sugar Balance
    In the fourth class, participants will be understanding adaptogenic herbs and their role in stress management. Learning to combine medicinal foods for synergistic effects. Understand how blood sugar impacts energy, mood , and long-term health.

  • Cook Well, Live Well: A Healthy Cooking Class with Charlotte
    Tuesday, February 24 •  6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
     
    Join us for a fun and flavorful hands-on cooking experience with Health Coach Charlotte Sciarrino, where classic comfort food meets mindful, nourishing choices. Participants will work together to prepare a healthier take on a beloved favorite—chicken parm pizza—alongside a bright, seasonal salad and a gluten-free, guilt-free dessert.
    Following the cooking session, guests will enjoy the meal they’ve created with Charlotte in a relaxed, communal dining setting. House wine will be provided, making for an evening filled with good food, great company, and practical inspiration you can easily bring back to your own kitchen—all ending on a sweet note with a special dessert to close out the night.
