    Sound Therapy
Tuesday, Jan. 14 from 7 to 8 pm in The Galleria
    $25 members, $35 non-members
In celebration of the new year, join us in a deeply immersive full body listening experience that uses a variety of instruments. Quartz crystal sound bowls, chimes, a crystal pyramid and other sound vibrations invite gentle, yet powerful, therapeutic and restorative processes, which nurture your mind and body.  When you sink into a sound bath, you allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed meditative state, realigning and balancing your energy body.
