Executive Pastry Chef Patrizia

Patrizia was born in 1975, in the small town of Castellammare del Golfo, Sicily. The beginnings of Patrizia’s career started in a kitchen at a very young age. Her love for cooking and baking flourished when she was only 12 years old. She cooked for her parent’s cafe, making a variety of dishes to serve to the tourists in her small town in Sicily. Later on, Patrizia opened up her own bakery, developing her own menu. She created her own original recipes and incorporated the recipes handed down in her family from generations ago. Four years she owned the bakery, hard work and long nights kept her going for those years. Her passion brought her to New York, the city that never sleeps. She wanted to further her career, learn new techniques and experience the culture. She worked in a variety of different restaurants, creating desserts to suit the style and needs of the restaurants.
