The emphasis of the course will be to empower the students and help them gain the necessary confidence to communicate in Italian. \nIntermediate Italian: Mondays\, April 22 to July 1\, 5:30 to 7 pm (no class Memorial Day\, May 27) \nThis course is designed for students of Italian who have completed one semester of study or more and are interested in expanding their proficiency in speaking Italian. Students in this class will refine their skills through the development of various themes such as the self-portrait\, the family\, shopping\, Italian food and recipes\, leisure time\, visiting Italy and so on. Yoga combines physical\, mental\, and spiritual wellness with breathing exercises\, meditation\, and physical poses.  \nRoll out your mat and enjoy the view! This program is open to adults at all levels of practice. The class will focus on basic foundational yoga postures to help align\, strengthen\, and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques are also integrated. Yoga combines physical\, mental\, and spiritual wellness with breathing exercises\, meditation\, and physical poses.  \nRoll out your mat and enjoy the view! This program is open to adults at all levels of practice. The class will focus on basic foundational yoga postures to help align\, strengthen\, and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques are also integrated.
