Bocce is a leisurely yet engaging game that promotes socialization\, friendly competition\, and light exercise—all in the beautiful outdoors. \n\n\nDuring this event\, our knowledgeable instructors will guide you through the rules\, techniques\, and strategies of bocce\, ensuring you feel confident and ready to play. You’ll learn how to roll your bocce balls with precision\, aim for the target (known as the pallino)\, and score points like a pro. (Tea\, Coffee\, Biscotti) \n\n\nBio: \n\n\nLou Fraser is a retired special education teacher and former secretary of the Staten Island Chess Club who has taught children chess at Kingsborough College for Kids in Brighton Beach\, Brooklyn\, and at these Staten Island Library locations: St. George\, Great Kills\, Huguenot\, Port Richmond\, and West New Brighton. \n\n\nIn addition to his chess expertise\, Lou is also a seasoned bocce instructor.
