DESCRIPTION:Register Here! \nAll cooking classes are held in Cucina Colavita\, a custom teaching kitchen. \nClasses are led by Kim Leo\, chef and owner of Kim’s Kitchen & Catering by Kim Cooks\, and a licensed food handler.\nEach person participates in hands-on cooking!\nEveryone will taste the recipe created by Chef Kim.\nThen\, after cooking your own dish\, you take it home with you! \nClass sizes are limited. You will also make one cocktail of your choosing and enjoy appetizers. This is the first in a series of Mixology Demonstrations in 2024. \nRegister Here! \nAbout the host: Michael Esposito attended New York Institute of Technology and Brooklyn City Tech\, where he majored in Hotel & Restaurant Management. He went on to open multiple restaurants in Brooklyn and Staten Island\, and does consulting and cocktail menus for numerous restaurants throughout Brooklyn. He is currently the owner/operator of Cebu Bar & Bistro in Bay Ridge which has been open for 21 years\, as well as The Belvedere Club at Casa Belvedere and The Richmond\, both in Staten Island.
