Why are most bottles green? \nJoin us for a tasting of Colavita extra virgin olive oils from Italy\, Spain\, Greece and California. The program will be led by Colavita’s Certified Master Chef Ken Arnone (a Staten Island native). Chef Arnone will explain the production process\, impact of terroir\, classifications of EVOO\, and how to properly use extra virgin olive oils in your kitchen for cooking\, marinating\, dressings\, baking and more!
